Certificação de softwares será apresentada este mês
Governo está realizando os últimos ajustes junto a representantes do setor produtivo
O governo está adotando as principais sugestões das fabricantes de softwares para inserir no modelo final da Certics, que vai certificar programas de computador feitos no Brasil. O selo de qualidade foi criado através do plano TI Maior e está sob responsabilidade do Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI). Até o momento, somente entidades que representam o setor tiveram acesso às informações que finalmente serão abertas até o fim de junho.
O governo atendeu diversos pedidos das fabricantes, que solicitaram a simplificação do processo e mais envolvimento na gestão da Certics. As empresas terão assento no comitê gestor e terão a possibilidade de ser certificadoras.
A política batizada de Certics tem como foco identificar os programas de computador desenvolvidos no Brasil, dar a eles uma espécie de selo de qualidade e produção nacional. Os produtos certificados terão preferência nas compras públicas.
Anunciada em agosto de 2012, a metodologia de como seria realizada a certificação passou por uma longa consulta pública que se estendeu até o fim do ano passado. Desde então, as contribuições – até aqui sigilosas – vêm sendo analisadas pelo MCTI.
