Ms. Levin is a Senior Associate at Stone & Magnanini LLP, formerly the New Jersey office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, and focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration, regulatory actions, as well as complex commercial and cross-border litigation. Ms. Levin advises multinational corporations within the construction/infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, aviation, health care, financial, insurance, and technology sectors in matters implicating the rules of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”), International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), and the Brazilian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC). Prior to joining Stone & Magnanini LLP, Ms. Levin was an associate with Clifford Chance US LLP and focused predominantly on international commercial arbitration matters.
Ms. Levin has spent over ten years as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University School of Law teaching international commercial arbitration and international sales law. She serves as a faculty advisor and coach for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team from Rutgers and as an arbitrator for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and Hong Kong. Ms. Levin also serves as an adjunct professor and course leader at the Swiss International Law School and has guest lectured at the University of São Paulo and the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
Ms. Levin received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College in 2000 and earned her JD from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003. Ms. Levin is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is a dual-citizen of the United States and Brazil.

Represent clients in international commercial arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and regulatory actions. Counsel multinational clients within the construction, manufacturing, energy, health care, financial, insurance, and technology sectors in matters involving breach of contract, construction, employment, securities, tax, false claims act, foreign corrupt practices, antitrust, intellectual property, and insurance disputes. Responsibilities include: drafting submissions, supervising discovery efforts, conducting interviews, representing clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations, as well as serving as a mediator in various commercial matters.
