Você já atualizou suas informações no Portal RH?
Até o dia 15 de agosto, todos os colaboradores devem verificar se suas informações estão corretas no Portal RHA gerência corporativa de Desenvolvimento está implantando um Sistema de Gestão Integrada de Recursos Humanos em todo o Sistema Fiep. Com esta inovação, é necessário que cada colaborador atualize seu cadastro até o dia 15 de agosto.
Isso pode ser feito no Portal RH,na aba “Workflow”. Na sequência, clique em
“Novo Processo” e depois em “Atualização Cadastral”.
Na Solicitação de Atualização Cadastral:
- Inclua sua foto;
- Atualize seus dados pessoais;
- Atualize suas informações de contato (endereço, telefone, e-mail particular); inclua ou atualize suas informações de escolaridade (graduação, pós-graduação, MBA, mestrado, doutorado, PHD). Você poderá anexar seus certificados diretamente no sistema;
- Atualize dados de seus dependentes;
- Inclua ou exclua dependentes para Imposto de Renda e Salário Família.
Anexos - Ao efetuar as atualizações, clique no ícone de “Informações” para saber quais documentos devem ser anexados à solicitação de atualização cadastral.
Se você ficou com dúvida, há um passo a passo no portal RH, na aba Manuais e Formulários. Lá você vai encontrar um índice do lado esquerdo da página. Abaixo de “Processos GPP Colaborador(a)”, clique em “Workflow de atualização cadastral”. Nesta página, você vai encontrar com detalhes como fazer esta atualização.
O RH lembra que esta atualização é importante para cada um, porque é a partir destas informações que a equipe terá base para análises e tomada de decisões que podem impactar sua carreira, como oportunidades internas e programas de desenvolvimento, por exemplo.
